General Support Information

If you have problems using Groupboard, please check the Frequently Asked Questions.

All of our products come with one year of free technical support by email and telephone. After the first year, support costs 25% of the purchase licensing price per year. If you rent a hosted Groupboard, you will get free support for the duration of your subscription. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours, and usually within one hour during our normal business hours. If you don't get a response within 24 hours, check your spam/junkmail folder.

If you have forgotten your admin password, please go to the Forgotten Password page, where you can get your password emailed to your registered email address.

If you need to generate the HTML code and links for accessing your Groupboard, go to our URL and HTML generator page.

Bugs

There are currently zero known bugs in Groupboard. This doesn't necessarily mean that there are no bugs - just that there are no outstanding bugs that anyone has told us about. If you do come across anything that you think might be a bug, please tell us about it.

Note that there are issues with certain web browsers when using Groupboard, due to either bugs or limitations in the browser or the particular java virtual machine. Although we have worked around such problems where we can, sometimes this is not possible. Please see the FAQ for more details.
