• Ability to have a persistent whiteboard (so that whatever was last drawn remains after all users have logged off the board).
• Hosted in a secure datacenter. We don't guarantee uptime, but average downtime is only a few minutes per year.
• The state of your whiteboard will be automatically restored in the event of a server reboot.
• No adverts appear at the top of the board and no popup adverts.
• Unlimited technical support by email/phone.
• Optional voice conferencing module available for an additional US$100/year or $10/month, allowing you to talk to other users on your Groupboard using a microphone.

Features:

• Runs on your own web server - you download a package containing the java classes and executables, which you install on your server.
• Whiteboard, chat and message boards (games available as an extra option).
• User definable limits for number of background pictures, messages, pictures, and users connected for each board.
• Customisable user interface: choose the basic java user interface, or our new 3d-look javascript graphical user interface, or design your own.
• Ability to change the size of the whiteboard using html tags.
• No adverts appear at the top of the board and no popup adverts.
• Ability to have a password file and authenticate users based on username and password.
• Any number of boards can be run from the one server (only limited by the license purchased and the power of your server).
• Licenses available based on number of boards you can set up, or the total number of users who can log on.
• Available for Intel-Linux, Mac OSX and Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/Server.
• License payable as a one-time fee (rather than annually).
• Unlimited technical support by email/phone is included for one year, after which there is an annual fee of 25% of the licensing price if you require support.
