Due to customer demand, we have launched a fully hosted version of our GroupWorld.net conferencing software at an introductory price of US$24.99 per month for 10 users and unlimited usage. For more details and to set up a free trial, go to http://www.groupworld.net.
Our hosted service allows you to set up multiple conference rooms for no extra cost (with an overall limit of 10 simultaneous users - contact us for higher user limits). You can manage usernames and passwords so each of your users has their own login, and there is an administration page allowing you to customise and configure your rooms.
GroupWorld.net has twice the functionality of GoToMeeting at half the price, and similar functionality to WebEx for one tenth of the price (but with a more advanced whiteboard and more customisation options). Why such a low price compared to the competition? We simply feel that $25/month is a realistic price for small businesses to pay, and it more than covers our costs in providing the service. Updated multi-user conference room
We have recently updated the GroupWorld.net conference room with a completely new user interface and extra whiteboard features such as object select/move, crop, print, polygons, highlighter and dotted lines. This means that the GroupWorld.net whiteboard now has all of the features of our Groupboard Designer product, as well as the conferencing features such as voip, video and desktop sharing.
