Also check out our newsletters and follow us on twitter to get news about updates, new features, bugs, etc. If you have a specific problem, try searching using the Search box (at the top of the page).
All of our products come with one year of free technical support by email. After the first year, support costs 25% of the purchase licensing price per year. If you rent a hosted Groupboard, you will get free support for the duration of your subscription. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours, and usually within one hour during our normal business hours. If you don't get a response within 24 hours, check your spam/junkmail folder.
If you have forgotten your admin password, please go to the Forgotten Password page, where you can get your password emailed to your registered email address.
If you are having problems installing the standalone server version of Groupboard on your own server, please read the TROUBLESHOOTING section of the README file which explains most common problems.

We constantly strive to maintain zero known bugs in Groupboard. This doesn't necessarily mean that there are no bugs — just that there are no outstanding bugs that anyone has told us about. If you do come across anything that you think might be a bug, please tell us about it.
